Live music and sound hire in Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa

Torrevieja is 50 km from our base in Alicante, inside our close zone, where travel barely affects the quote. We have done a wedding at Finca Victoria Garden here, and Royal Band plays regularly at a pub on Orihuela Costa. We bring the band, the sound, the lighting and, if needed, a stage and a screen, all from one team.

Our work in the area

• The Abbey Tavern, Orihuela Costa. A large Irish pub with a garden of palms, statues and a fountain, and a covered stage under the “Live music” sign. Royal Band plays here regularly, on our own kit: an Electro-Voice top on a Peavey subwoofer, monitors and stands. The crowd is mostly British, and later in the evening the set moves on to rock and dance classics as tables turn into a dance floor;
• Wedding at Finca Victoria Garden (September 2026). A ceremony in the garden among the palms, drinks on the terrace, the meal in the hall and an outdoor DJ. The couple chose the minimum kit: two active speakers and a subwoofer in the hall, a compact mixer, radio mics for the ceremony and speeches, two LED lighting stands and a moving head for the dancing, plus a second kit in the garden for the DJ. No stage, no screen, and it covered the whole day.

Venues in and around Torrevieja

Torrevieja and the surrounding area have space for any format, from a dinner for 20 to a reception for several hundred. Well-known venues include Finca Victoria Garden, the Doña Monse hotel, which takes groups of 12 to 500, Salones Canario, Finca Lo Campuzano and Torre Bosch.

The kit depends on the venue

• Finca with a garden or an open-air site: more sound, separate lighting for the dance floor and sometimes a generator;
• Hotel function room: there is often a volume and time limit, worth knowing before you sign;
• By the sea: the wind carries the sound sideways and the speakers are placed differently;
• Pub or restaurant terrace: the level has to cover the tables without drowning out conversation.

Before we travel we check how much power is available, whether there is a volume limit and until when, what time we can set up, how the vehicle with the kit gets in and what the plan is if it rains.

A very international crowd

Torrevieja is one of the most international towns on the coast. At a typical wedding of a Ukrainian family here there are Ukrainian guests, Spanish neighbours and often someone from the British or Russian-speaking community. That’s why a mixed set works best here: international hits as the base, Spanish songs later in the evening, and the songs that matter to each family at the key moments. We work in English, Spanish, Ukrainian and Russian, so British and other international couples can plan everything with us in English.

Booking live music or sound in Torrevieja

1. Tell us your date, the town, the venue, roughly how many guests and the format you want;
2. We check our diary and you hear back that same day about availability, with a quote;
3. Next come the venue’s technical details: power, any volume limits, how long we have to set up and how we get in. Where it helps, we ring the venue directly;
4. The date is then confirmed;
5. Some weeks ahead, the programme, timings and the songs you can’t do without are settled together;
6. When the day comes, we turn up in good time, set up and finish the soundcheck before your guests arrive;
7. Once it’s over, we pack down and take all our kit away; there’s nothing left for you to tidy.
