This policy explains how Team 5 Entertainment S.L. (Team5 Entertainment, “we”) collects, uses and protects the information you give us when you visit team5events.es and when you contact us.

What data we collect

When you write to us through the website form, WhatsApp or email, or call us, we receive the details you give us: your name, phone number or email and the content of your message (date, city, venue and type of event). We use them only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and provide the service.

When you visit the website, technical information may be collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and where the visit came from. We need it for analytics and to keep the website running and secure.

The contact form opens WhatsApp with the text already filled in: you send the message yourself from your own account and it is not stored on our server. The page you wrote from and the source of the visit may be added to the text, so we know where enquiries come from.

Cookies

The website uses cookies to work properly, remember your settings and measure visits. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, although some features may then not work as intended.

Analytics and third-party services

We use Google Analytics to analyse traffic and improve the website. The service collects anonymised data under Google’s own privacy policy. For advertising or social sources (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, YouTube) only the name of the source is recorded.

Embedded content from other websites

Some pages include embedded content: YouTube videos, Instagram posts or images. Such content behaves as if you had visited the original website: it may set its own cookies and track your interaction under that service’s policy.

How long we keep data

Data from your enquiry is kept for as long as needed to handle it and to carry out what was agreed for the event; after that it is deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is kept within the periods set in Google Analytics.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing. It may be shared only with the musicians and technicians working at your event, to the extent needed to run it, and where Spanish and EU law requires it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD you can request access to your personal data, its correction, restriction of processing or its deletion. Email us at team@team5.es and we will reply within 30 days. If you believe your data is being handled unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the bottom. The rules for using the website are set out separately in our terms of use.
