Wedding and event planning tips for Spain

Case studies, guides and practical advice for organising a wedding, a party or a concert in Spain, from a team that provides the live music and equipment.

This blog collects wedding planning tips for Spain, practical guides for organising a party or an event, and case studies from events we have worked on. Live music, sound, lighting and stage hire are our daily work, so everything here comes from what we did ourselves, from a wedding to a concert.

There are two kinds of material. The first is case studies from real events: what stood on the site, how the programme was built and why that particular kit was chosen. The second is practical advice for people organising a celebration in Spain right now: how to choose a venue, what a wedding costs, and what to ask musicians before signing anything.

We write only about things we have done. Where a figure appears, it comes from a specific event, not from somebody else’s article. The case studies cover three levels: a basic sound and lighting kit for a wedding at a finca, full turnkey technical support, and a concert rider with a stage and a screen.

Where to go from the blog

If you are looking for musicians in a particular city, it is quicker to start from the cities page or to message us on WhatsApp, and we will suggest a line-up for your venue and guest count. If you already know the format, see weddings, corporate events, milestone birthdays or birthday parties. The whole roster of performers is on the artists page.
