Live bands and sound hire in Alicante and the Costa Blanca
Band, sound, lighting, stage and screen arrive together. One team handles all the music and technical side of your event.

Simplified illustration. The stages show how an event typically runs, not a timetable: the real running order is agreed with you around the venue and the guests.
Team5 Entertainment is an events company based in Alicante. We look after the music and the technical side of weddings, corporate events, private parties and concerts: we bring the musicians and the equipment they play on. You don’t need to find a band, a sound hire company and someone to set it all up separately, then get them to work together on the day.
What we do
- Cover bands: Royal Band with international hits, Rock Beat with rock and pop-rock in Spanish and English, and a third band, Don’t Tell;
- Soloists: violin, saxophone and vocals for the ceremony, drinks reception or dinner, plus duos and trios for rooms where a full band won’t fit;
- DJs for the dancing, or alongside the band;
- Sound and lighting hire with set-up and a sound engineer for the whole event;
- Stage and LED screen when the event needs them: a stage makes sense from 100 to 150 guests, a screen for videos and presentations.
Altogether we work with twelve performers: singers, instrumentalists, DJs and three cover bands.
Events we cover
- Weddings: from the ceremony in the garden to dancing until late;
- Corporate events: microphones and a screen for the formal part, live music for the evening;
- Birthdays and anniversaries at a villa, restaurant or finca;
- Concerts and festivals, with a full technical rider;
- Bars and restaurants that want regular live music.

Recent work
- The Abbey Tavern, Orihuela Costa: Royal Band plays this Irish pub regularly, on our own sound system on the garden terrace, to a mostly British crowd;
- Wedding at Finca Victoria Garden, Torrevieja (September 2026): ceremony in the garden, reception in the hall and an outdoor DJ on our basic kit;
- CODART festival, Barcelona (September 2026): sound and lighting for the competition stage, about two vehicle-loads of equipment;
- Concert in Finestrat: full technical rider, turnkey.
Why musicians and equipment from one team
- One party responsible. If something sounds wrong, nobody can say “that’s not our equipment” or “those aren’t our musicians”;
- The band plays on gear it knows. No first set lost working out someone else’s mixing desk;
- One arrival, one set-up. The venue doesn’t have to let in three crews at three different times;
- The engineer knows the set. They have heard these songs hundreds of times and know where to lift the vocal;
- One contact instead of three.
In practice, most technical failures at events happen at the joins between suppliers, not inside anyone’s own work.
Where Team5 travels for events
Alicante is home, but we work all over Spain and also in the south of France, going up to about 700 km from base.
- Near Alicante, where travel has almost no effect on the quote: Torrevieja (50 km), Calpe (65 km), Elche (25 km), Benidorm (45 km) and Alicante;
- A bit further, a normal trip for us: Murcia at 80 km, Valencia at 180 km, Cartagena at 110 km, Denia and Jávea at 90 km;
- Long trips, which we plan ahead and which include an overnight stay for our crew: Barcelona and Marbella at 530 km, Madrid at 420 km, Málaga at 500 km.
Languages we work in
We work in English, Spanish, Ukrainian and Russian, so you can book and plan everything with us in English. Many of our events have a mixed room, with family from abroad, Spanish friends and British neighbours. Our presenter hosts in Ukrainian and Russian, and in Spanish if needed.
How to book us for your event
- Drop us a line with the date, the town, the venue, an idea of guest numbers and the format;
- We check the diary and reply the same day with availability and a quote;
- We look into how the venue works technically, from power and volume limits to set-up time and access, and get in touch with the venue ourselves if needed;
- After that, the date is confirmed;
- In the weeks leading up, we fix the programme, any must-play songs and the timings with you;
- On the day itself we’re there early to set up and soundcheck before guests start arriving;
- When it’s all over we pack up and remove everything; clearing up is not your job.
To book, send us the date, the town and the type of event, and we will tell you whether the date is free.
Frequently asked questions
Is the equipment included with the band?
Yes. Sound, lighting and, if needed, a stage and screen arrive with the musicians, together with set-up and a sound engineer for the whole evening.
Can we hire just the sound, without musicians?
Yes. Sound, lighting, stage and screen can be booked on their own, with set-up and an engineer.
How far do you travel?
Across Spain and into the south of France, up to about 700 km from Alicante. Long trips are planned in advance with an overnight stay for the crew.
How do we book a date?
Send us the date, the town and the type of event, and we will tell you whether the date is free.
What if the venue doesn’t have enough power?
We bring a generator. The key is to find out before the event, not on the day of set-up, which is why we check the venue’s technical conditions in advance.
Can we talk to you in English?
Yes. You can message us, call and plan the whole event in English, as well as in Spanish, Ukrainian or Russian.
Got a date in mind?
Send us the date, venue and number of guests and we’ll reply the same day with availability and a quote.
