These terms explain how to use team5events.es and what it means to contact us via the form, a messaging app or by phone. By using the website you accept what is set out below.

Information on the website

The content of the website (descriptions of services, formats, cities and technical requirements) is for information only and is not a binding offer. The terms of each booking are agreed separately: musicians, technical equipment, date, venue and price are agreed in writing or in conversation.

We try to keep the information up to date, but the available musicians, equipment and travel conditions may change. Details for a specific date are always confirmed when you contact us.

Enquiries and data

When you send us an enquiry through the form, WhatsApp, email or by phone, you give us your contact details and the information about the event that we need to prepare a proposal.

• We use these details only to reply and prepare a quote;
• We do not pass them to third parties for marketing;
• The website form opens WhatsApp with the text filled in: you send the message yourself;
• More details in our privacy policy.

Bookings and cancellations

A date is booked once both sides have confirmed it in writing and agreed the terms. Until then the date stays open and another client may book it.

• Deposit, cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed case by case and set out in the agreement;
• The technical requirements of the venue (power supply, set-up time, volume limits) are part of the agreement and are the client’s responsibility, together with the venue;
• If the venue does not provide the agreed technical conditions, the scope of the service may change, in which case we will let you know in advance.

Intellectual property

The texts, photos, videos and design of the website belong to Team 5 Entertainment S.L. or are used with the permission of their owners. Copying them for commercial use without written consent is not allowed. Quoting with a link to the source is allowed.

Names of bands, artists and venues mentioned on the website belong to their owners and are used for information only.

Links to other websites

The website may link to external resources, such as YouTube videos or our Instagram profile. We do not control the content of those websites and are not responsible for it.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for the agreed service: the musicians, the technical equipment, the set-up and support during the event. We are not responsible for circumstances outside our control: actions of third parties, the condition of the venue, the weather, decisions of the venue management or municipal limits on hours and volume.

That is why we insist on checking the technical conditions of the venue in advance: most problems at an event can be foreseen.

Changes to these terms

We may update this document. The current version is always on this page. Changes do not affect bookings that have already been agreed.
