Live Music Event Gallery: Sound and Lighting in Spain
Real moments from weddings, concerts and parties supplied by Team5 in Alicante and across Spain.
This live music event gallery in Spain shows real moments from weddings, concerts, corporate events and private parties that Team5 has supplied in Alicante and elsewhere. None of it is stock or studio staging: it was shot at live venues, with real kit and real guests.
Photos from our events

Case studies behind the photos
For a full account of one job rather than pictures alone, read two case studies: a wedding near Girona, where sound, lighting, stage and screen were supplied 700 km from our base, and a concert in Finestrat, a full technical rider on the Costa Blanca. The garden frames above are from a Torrevieja finca wedding.
Events we cover
- Weddings, from an outdoor ceremony to the dancing, with the musicians and the whole technical kit from one team;
- Corporate events: a screen and microphones for the official part, and live music once the evening relaxes;
- Concerts and city events with a full technical rider and monitoring for the artists;
- Milestone birthdays and birthday parties, with a programme to suit the generation and the venue;
- Private parties at villas, with a compact line-up, since neighbours and volume limits decide everything;
- Presentations, openings and fashion shows, where the sound follows a timing and there is no room for a pause.
What happens behind each photo
Every frame hides hours of preparation that the pictures do not show:
- A check of power, access, set-up time and volume limits, made before the day rather than on arrival;
- Set-up, which can be as short as an hour for a small format but runs to several hours once a stage and lighting are involved;
- A soundcheck done before guests arrive, never alongside them;
- An engineer who keeps the mix balanced through band sets, speeches and noisy moments;
- Dismantling once it is over, with nothing left for the client to clear.
Outdoor wedding lighting for finca and villa parties
The most visible part of any wedding photo is the light. In the garden of a finca or at a villa there is usually no ready-made lighting at all, only decorative lamps along the paths. After sunset the venue stops existing, for the guests and for the camera.
So we build the lighting from nothing: an even glow over the dinner area, trees and the facade picked out from below, and separate moving light for the dance floor. This is what produces the picture people choose an open-air venue for. We agree the plan with your photographer if you introduce us, and five minutes of conversation can save a wedding album. Details are on the lighting hire page.
Where these jobs took place
Most of the work shown sits within reach of Alicante, with Torrevieja and Elche among the nearest, while the Girona case went about 700 km. Every city we serve is listed, with distances, on the cities page.
Who does what at these events
Behind every job in the gallery sits a clear division of labour between us and the client.
We pick the musicians to suit the format and the venue, learn the venue’s technical conditions, bring and install all the equipment and run the soundcheck. A sound engineer works throughout, we keep to the timetable, and when it ends we pack down and carry everything out. When power is short, a generator comes along; when a large vehicle cannot enter, a smaller one makes several runs.
The client books the venue and agrees our access with it, picks the catering and menu, invites the photographer, and supplies the must-play list and any video to be shown. Decoration and video can be arranged through partners. The venue contract stays with the client, and we suggest which questions to ask.
That way everybody saves time: we stay out of the arrangements with the restaurant, and the client does not have to understand loudspeaker systems.
Musicians and kit from one source
Most clients find performers in one place, hire equipment in another and agree the installation separately. We supply musicians and technology together, which is our main difference.
- Responsibility is not passed around: nobody here says the kit or the players belong to someone else;
- Performers know the system, so the first set is not lost on a desk they have never seen;
- The engineer has listened to the programme hundreds of times;
- A single crew and a single arrival, so the venue is not visited by three contractors in turn;
- One contact for you.
In our experience technical failures at parties mostly happen between contractors, not in one person’s work. Browse the artists page to see who plays: twelve performers, including singers, instrumentalists, DJs and three cover bands. If only the technical side interests you, sound and lighting, a stage and a screen can be booked without musicians.
How to book an event like these
- Send the date, city, venue, format and an approximate guest count;
- We look at free dates and return a price within the day;
- We work through the venue’s conditions with you, ringing the venue where needed;
- The date is held as soon as terms are agreed;
- Some weeks beforehand we shape the running order, the playlist and the must-play songs;
- On the day we turn up early and finish set-up and soundcheck ahead of the guests;
- Afterwards the equipment is taken down and driven away.
There is no set booking deadline: send the date and we confirm whether it is free.
Frequently asked questions
Are these real photos from your events?
Yes. Every picture was taken at a real venue during our work, and none is a stock image or a studio set-up.
Can I watch videos of your performances?
Recordings of live Royal Band performances are on the Royal Band page. Videos of the other line-ups are sent on request via WhatsApp.
Can I hire the equipment without musicians?
Yes: sound, lighting, a stage and a screen can be booked on their own, including installation and an engineer.
How far will you travel?
Anywhere in Spain and the south of France within about 700 km of Alicante. Far destinations need earlier planning.
Is English fine for planning?
Yes. English is one of four languages the team uses, alongside Spanish, Ukrainian and Russian, so planning with us in English is no problem. The host is the only exception and does not work in English.
Want the same at your event?
Send the date, city and venue, and we will check the diary and send a price the same day.
